The service from Ian was excellent. He is honest, punctual and very polite. I didn't think there was much chance at all of him removing a very large red wine stain from the lightest colour carpet. He rightly wouldn't give any guarantee that it could be removed completely. That said, he managed with his expertise to remove the stain completely. Frankly, I consider it a miracle. The wine was spilt on the Saturday prior to Ian's arrival on the Thursday. It had therefore completely dried. A remarkable job for exactly the price that Ian quoted. And it saved us having to buy a new carpet.

The service was excellent. Ian contacted me following a left message. He turned up promptly and did an amazing job on substantial blood stains on the carpet. The results were outstanding. He was professional and courteous.
